Exercise 1:
Feet a distance away from table, body slanting towards table and hands grasping side of table.
Raise knee up towards elbow and repeat with other leg many times:
Exercise 2:
Feet a distance away from table, body slanting towards table and hands grasping side of table.
Raise left leg towards right elbow, right leg towards left elbow, repeat many times
Exercise 3:
Lie on floor like doing a push-up, lift knee towards elbow, repeat other leg, alternating many times
