Alternative to Viagra from walnut

Researchers from the Faculty of Medicine Physiology Department, University of Malaya led by Prof Dr Kim Kah Hwi has produced a tablet using walnut extract which can be used as a natural alternative to Viagra, a drug used to treat male erectile dysfunction (impotence). The tablet called called “N-Hanz” has been tested on 40 volunteers and positive results have been reported. The tablets takes approximately an hour to take effect and will last for about four hours.

Since “N-Hanz” is made from walnut extract and is therefore not a drug, it is safe for people with hypertension or diabetes, or those who had heart bypasses. The active ingredient is arginine which is an amino acid that is absorbed into the body and converted into nitric oxide, enlarges the blood vessels and enhances blood flow to the penis.

A natural remedy for impotence? You can also try the natural way by taking walnut, but in order to have the same effect as one tablet of “N-Hanz”, you will have to take 3.3 kilos of walnuts
