Here is the latest fad - bet dieting. Want to lose weight? Take a bet on losing a certain amount of weight and if you lose the bet, you will have to donate a certain amount of money to a charity, preferably a charity you do not really want to donate money to.

That's a nice method...but sometimes we lose money and not the necessary weight.
